We have teamed up with Masseria Wave to offer you the chance of winning a stay in the amazing La Restuccia - Masseria Urban, a former Masseria in Salento (Puglia, Southern Italy), being published on the upcoming Wave Zine printed issue, win a Lomography camera and more!
Wave Zine is an independent editorial publication of Masseria Wave, a cultural centre that, through its event program and editorial project now in its second issue, addresses this year's theme Out Of Office: the need to re-evaluate one's life, to devote oneself to what one loves, moving away from perfectionism and toxic productivity.
Wave Zine is a collective magazine, a multi-voice, multi-look diary: a collection of stories, images, drawings, dreams, words, intimate experiences. Through this photo competition, Wave Zine would also like to offer you a space to share your creativity!
There is a growing need to stop, to escape urban bubbles in order to find new narratives and moments of personal and social well-being. More and more often you have told us how hyper-socialisation can be the cause of one of the burn-outs we collect. We want to find ourselves in secluded, unusual places, such as the suburbs and the countryside, perhaps precisely to share and free ourselves from this toxic feeling of constantly proving our utmost productivity.
Wave Zine - ISSUE 01 wants to help normalise this sentiment in an increasingly fragile global asset, because after all, we all want to be OUT OF OFFICE but to what extent can we be!
We, therefore, invite you to send us your photos (max 20) that best represent the Out of Office theme taken on any film (or digital but shot with a Lomography art lens).
Each picture must indicate the camera, film or lens you used. This competition is open worldwide and closes on March 7th. Good luck!

Masseria Wave is a format born in spring 2020 when a historic masseria in the heart of Salento (Puglia, Southern Italy) was converted into a center of cultural production for creatives, digital nomads, and international artists with a focus on queer culture and events.
It is a space to nourish culture and create art through new connections, looking at the territory with new eyes and listening to the rhythm of change. An experimental wave that combines innovation and tradition, where old architecture and new cultures converge in an exciting and welcoming social environment.
Hundreds of years ago, the Masseria was a place where every family would gather to prepare food, celebrate the harvest, and rest. Today, it's a space where everyone is free to explore and get to know others through artistic dialogues, performances, and cultural events.
